Storm
Storm damage, documented and then actually fixed
Wind and hail in this region are not hypothetical. Henryville still lives with the memory of March 2012. River towns take gusts that lift an unsealed starter. Interstate corridors take hail in a band.
We tarp active leaks, photograph damage in raking light, and separate storm bruises from ordinary age. Then we repair or replace what the roof actually needs.

What to do before we arrive
If water is coming in, catch it and stay off a wet roof. Note the date of the storm. Do not throw away detached ridge caps or boots until we have photographed them.
Out-of-town crews knock after every cell. We live at 201 Saddleback Drive. The warranty conversation happens with the same company next year.
Questions
Do you meet the adjuster?
Yes, when you want us there. See the insurance claims page for how that meeting works and what we will not promise.
Is tarping free?
Emergency dry-in is scheduled as its own visit. We explain the cost before we climb if the situation is stable enough to talk. Active interior water is treated as urgent.
