We walk the roof, look in the attic when it is safe, and hand you a written condition. The inspection is free in our service area. Buying a roof is a separate decision.
You will know whether we are looking at a repair, a replacement, or storm damage that belongs in a claim file.
What we check
Field granules, ridge caps, pipe boots, flashing, valleys, soft decking, ventilation, and gutters that may be the real source of the stain.
If hail is the question, we look for bruises and collateral on soft metal. We do not manufacture a storm date.

Yes, while we are there. A roof leak and a gutter overflow often share a ceiling stain.
