Not every stain is a new roof. We repair flashing, boots, lifted eaves, and limb strikes when the field shingles will still hold a patch.
If the shingles are brittle, the deck is soft, or the leak is really age, we will not sell a repair that fails next wind. You get that answer in writing.
Typical repairs
Step flashing at a sidewall, counterflashing at a chimney, a cracked pipe boot, a valley that was woven instead of lined, nail pops on a ridge, and a missing kickout that has been soaking the siding.

Active leaks in Clark County are the same-day priority when the schedule allows. Farther towns such as Columbus, Paoli, or Lebanon, Kentucky are scheduled as a dedicated trip.
